We have identified a Major Incident and we are actively working to gather accurate information Our engineers are aware of the issue and as a result our phone lines are expected to be busier than usual.

BT are carrying out some planned maintenance which will occur any time between 00:00 and 06:00 on 29/10/19

This maintenance has resulted in customers losing connection to their cloud services or in the case of Physical systems, loss of comms to the drivers and loss of calls as well for SIP based systems.
