The issue with text back should now be resolved. If you continue to experience issues then please follow the below workflow.

 
  • Restart devices
  • Make sure connected to Wi-Fi
  • Open the app once restarted
  • Check 2 circles – are they Green.
  • See if messages are being sent

We have identified a Incident with the text back service and we are actively working to gather accurate information Our engineers are aware of the issue and as a result our phone lines are expected to be busier than usual.
