We are continuing to liaise with Judo Pay to solve the a latency issue, which has been resulting in transactions taking longer than usual, and in some cases to failing.

Judo Pay have advised that they have now identified the issue and are working on a change to fix the issue. They however can not advise on the current ETA for this change.

We would like to inform you that since 03:32 AM today, JudoPay has experienced a latency issue, resulting in transactions taking longer than usual, and in some cases to fail.
 
Judo Pay's technical support team is currently working on the issue and they will confirm shortly once the issue has been resolved. They are doing everything we possibly can to solve the issue.
