We have identified a Priority 1 Incident currently impacting the Ghost Archive Database for a small number of our customers.

This issue has been caused by our third party WooServers who have carried out an unscheduled maintenance. They are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

As soon as we have a significant update we will provide a further update.
