We have identified a Major Incident currently impacting customers Passenger App's our Engineers are investigating and have advised that this is due to high database utilisation. 

Space has now been made available however due to the large amount of data backlog which needs to be processed it is still running slower than usual. Our Engineers are continuing to investigate this issue. As a result our phone lines are expected to be busier than usual.
