The Incident #44418 Ghost System Slow Performance has now been solved..

Microsoft Azure have confirmed the issue was caused by an outage at their end. They have advised that this issue has been fully resolved. We have requested for full root cause information to be provided.

Microsoft Azure have confirmed that the cause of the issue is due to an ongoing outage on their side.

They have apologised for the issue and are working on resolving this as soon as possible.

Impacted customers are in the process of being contacted directly to carry out a change.

The change will be to switch Ghost services from their primary servers to their backup servers.

We are continuing to investigate this Incident #44418 and our engineers are actively working on the problem and as a result we have identified that this issue is only impacting a small number of our customers.

As a result we will be updating these customers directly and no further communication will be sent.

We have identified a Major Incident currently affecting the Ghost System. We are actively working to gather accurate information Our engineers are aware of the issue and as a result our phone lines are expected to be busier than usual.

In the extreme cases some customers have reported the following:

  • Unable to dispatch jobs
  • When booking jobs, it shows as not being booked however the job has been booked.
  • CLI shows late i.e. into the next booking.
  • Some clients can’t connect
