We identified a Major Incident which occurred last night and early hours this morning.

Our engineers investigated and discovered that BT experienced a backbone Network outage. This would have impacted multiple ISP providers and would have caused a loss of Broadband Network connection across the region.

BT have now advised this has been resolved and there should be no further customer impact.
