The incident #51583 Vodafone and O2 Network Outage has now been fully solved.

As you may have heard in the media, the outage O2 experienced was caused by their 3rd party providers Ericsson.

We have also been monitoring our services over the weekend and can advise that there has been no further issues reported.

As you may already be aware, there has been large media coverage regarding the O2 Global Data Network Outage.

O2 have confirmed that one of their 3rd party suppliers (Ericsson) identified a software issue in their system which impacted mobile services globally.

O2 Network teams continued to work through out the night and advise that their technical teams have restored their 4G network services.

O2 will continue to monitor service performance closely. O2 have apologised for the issue.

Autocab will continue to monitor the situation and once O2 have confirmed the issue is fully solved we will send a resolution email to all our customers.

Vodafone are still experiencing Network issues in some areas however, this is very intermittent please find the link below which you can use to see areas impacted. If your area is not listed we suggest you contact Vodafone and advise them accordingly.

We have identified a Major Incident and we are actively working to gather accurate information Our engineers are aware of the issue and as a result our phone lines are expected to be busier than usual.

Some customers have reported that they are unable to dispatch jobs and drivers are unable to login to Driver Companion and Autocab Mobile.

There is currently 3rd Party Network outages across the majority of the UK. 3rd parties currently impacted are Vodafone and O2 Network.
